Republicans and Democrats expressed dissatisfaction with special counsel Robert Hur's report about President Biden's handling of classified documents in a congressional hearing on Tuesday. Hur was criticized for describing Biden as an 'elderly man with a poor memory' and his decision ultimately not to prosecute Biden. We walk through the arguments.
