How to Hold the Net - Padel Tactics

In this solo episode I cover one of the most important tactics in the game, which is how to HOLD the net. Once you have managed to get to net, the key to winning the point is keeping this advantage as long as possible.

Players are often either: too aggressive as soon as they get to net, attacking any ball they can, OR are too tentative and do not take advantage of their court position.
