Authentic Motivation is the Key with @chrisj.801

This episode features a discussion with photographer Chris Johnson (@chrisj.801) from the PNW. Not only is Chris a fantastic photographer, but he is also the first guest on the show who works for Facebook. Working in the Reality Labs division at Facebook, we get to hear about the future of virtual and augmented reality and how that fits into social media.

In this episode we learn about Chris's burning desire to see and photograph the world and how it aided him in losing 100 lbs to date. We discuss how motivation will only breed results if it truly comes from a place of pure authenticity. Finally, as a recruiter as Facebook, Chris leaves us with some insight on what recruiters of all companies are truly looking for on a base level when hiring an ideal candidate for a position.
