Setting Digital Boundaries

In this episode we talk about how to set digital boundaries for yourself and how it's physically impossible for you to respond to everyone in your messages in a timely manner. We wanted to stress how important it is to serve yourself first and ditch the guilt about answering people right away. You are priority! We introduce a new segment on the show, the "bug hotel"... Whether you love it or hate it, it's here to stay. We also revisit the idea of photographing heavily trafficked areas and what our general thoughts on that are.
