We also talk about where the urge to get revenge on someone who has wronged you comes from and ultimately if the amount of time and energy needed to bring someone down is worth it in the end. Lastly, we talk about how to move forwards in communications where each party sees the path or causes of the current conflict or issue from totally different perspectives.
