This episode is a followup on a topic discussed in the previous podcast. How to properly channel emotions and allow them to flow through like energy so that we can carry ourselves around with less emotional, mental, and physical tension.

We touch on the fact that unresolved trauma or issues hide themselves in the body as mental, emotional and/or physical illness. How are we supposed to be our best creative selves in that state? I want all the listeners to learn how to properly channel both the good and bad emotions so that we can maximize the quality of our lives and maximize our creative output.
