What Makes an Effective Group Dynamic?

We got a request from a listener to do an episode on how to build effective group dynamics. In this episode, Aaron and I use our group content creation company ST6ix to talk about how we go about delegating tasks, leveraging our strengths and getting to an end goal with the least amount of resistance. Group work and collaborations can be tricky. It takes everyone moving cohesively with the right attitudes in order to succeed as a team.
