How to Navigate Your Emotions During the Inauguration - Weekly Energy Reading Jan. 18th - 24th 2021 - The Carrie Cardozo Podcast - Episode 51

This week emotions are running high and there’s a strong energetic pull toward needing your opinions and beliefs heard.

In this video I’ll show you what to look out for and how to not get sucked into the drama, and conflict energy that is around everyone.

When you look at the energy this week it looks as if every emotion is bubbling to the surface. You are going to be feeling some very strong and impactful emotions that have the potential to disrupt your day and to push you off course.

There’s a lot going on but you don’t even have to be watching or listening to all the world drama to feel the energy.

Energetically the world is in a pressure cooker. All types of emotions are coming to the surface. As a global community we are in a transformational period and are in the process of making huge shift in many areas. His shift is happening for everyone and as it does things must be released. The releasing consists of emotions, old beliefs, manipulation energy and actions.

But people don’t like change and as the energy of change becomes stronger and stronger the emotions will get more and more powerful.

So what can you do?

1. Recognize how you’re feeling and what emotions are going up. Don’t ignore them and don’t be too consumed with your day and avoid them.
2. Release the emotions you are feeling that are disempowering without lashing out or directing those emotions at another.
3. Choose how you want to feel. Do not make excuses that you can’t or it doesn’t work for you. You have the power to choose Every time!
4. Take an action that supports how you want to feel!

There are also emotions involved in business this week as well.

Some frustrations are coming to the surface to be addressed in regards to not feeling like you’re moving fast enough. This is not the truth. You’re not seeing things for what they are.

Put things down, take a step back and see things differently. Again, you have the power to do this.

Once it’s cleared it’s time to start making decisions and taking serious action.
