There is a saying that goes, you only have one body so treat it like gold.
So many entrepreneurs continue to put it last. I’m not talking about eating right, meditating, or taking supplements. Those are all great, but putting these ‘healthy actions’ into place while ignoring your body will keep you unhealthy.
When we start our business, we typically have 2 goals.
Make money and create a lasting impact.
Then out focus remains on money and attaining those monetary goals.
I’m not saying there is anything wrong with making money.
In that pursuit, most entrepreneurs lose themselves as they continue to follow the ‘greats’ because they forget to check back in and align with their bodies and what will support them.
I did this, and I watch other amazing entrepreneurs do this. On the outside, they look so successful, but on the inside, their energy is out of alignment, they might disappear for a few weeks, have health conditions pop up out of nowhere.
This is because of their energy alignment. Or lack of it.
In this episode, I share with you 7 steps to connect with your BODY so you can obtain success your way without having your body block you on that path.
I see so many entrepreneurs get sick when they reach their definition of success because their bodies aren’t being supported. It’s not just about the food you eat or how you move your body.
