In this unscripted emergency episode, all 4 co-hosts share their thoughts and fears about the results of the election. We waited until some time had passed to edit this episode so as not to traumatize our audience and also remove some of the more raw and unfiltered thoughts. While we all talk about a lot of the bad things to come, we also share messages of hope and affirmation of our project to connect queeridos all over the world and be in community.

For our Samhain episode for this year, we interviewed Angela, Death Midwife and founder of Journey Home Death Care about perceptions of death and how to be advocates for our own death. We want to make a heavy content warning for discussions of death, suicide, and suicide ideation, but despite these heavy topics, Angela brings a gracious compassion to all these discussions and our conversation was very affirming. In this special edition of Deity Deep Dives we are releasing on the main RSS feed , Anjel talks about Heqet, the ancient Egyptian frog headed goddess, that is associated with fertility, childbirth and transformation. In this episode, Anjel discusses the connection of Heqet with the Goddess Hecate and how frogs have long been associated with witches in part thanks to this connection. They also talk a bit about threats that are causing the decline of frog populations all over the world, with several conservation organizations to help save frogs found in the show notes.
