Kenny Dyal and Michael Kest discuss & debate checkout dive locations for new scuba diver certifications. Should offshore boat dives be mandated or maybe even be a separate certification?  Should the certification focus more on getting comfortable instead of where it is (aka, not romanticizing the location).
