With a MAJORITY of women Instructors, Boat Captains, and Divemasters, how has Suzie MacDonald helped defy the old norms?

Suzie not only runs an operation that has more women than men, she runs one of the largest in the Tampa Bay Area.  She also organizes and runs Training Workshops and Instructor programs for aspiring new instructors and boat captains.
