Kelly is currently VP of product strategy at Capsule8, following product roles at SecurityScorecard, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, as well as co-founding IperLane, a security startup which was acquired. Kelly is also known for presenting at international technology conferences, on topics ranging from behavioral economics at Infosec to chaos security engineering. In this episode, Kelly explains exactly what product strategy and management means, and goes into the relationships and tensions between dev, ops, and security and how that has changed.
