Episode 23: JAMES DUKE

James Duke has been one of the top touring and session guitarists in the worship and CCM world for many years.  He is known for his inspiring guitar parts and also for his kind and peaceful nature.  James has worked with Matt Redman, John Mark McMillan, Johnnyswim, Steven Curtis Chapman, Kim Walker Smith, Chris Tomlin, Michael W. Smith, Phil Wickham, Mack Brock, Bryan and Katie Torwalt  and many more.  Jacob and James talk about his early days as a missionary’s kid, playing in the middle school worship band, why improvising is so important, and how he got his mouth washed out with soap after watching The A-Team.
