The brutal attack in 1998 on Matthew Shepard, a gay University of Wyoming student, shocked the American conscience, bringing attention to crime against gender and sexual minorities. A lot has changed since 1998, but the battle continues to bring awareness to cases involving LGBTQ+ people. We are joined by C.J.
