Bannon’s Fate Now With Justice Department

A critical milestone today as the House approved the Jan. 6 committee’s report recommending Steve Bannon face criminal charges for defying a subpoena. The Justice Department’s Attorney General Merrick Garland will now make the final decision on whether to prosecute. Will other Trump-aligned witnesses now cooperate? Democratic Rep.
