President Joe Biden honors the 13 United States service members who were killed, and the 14 service members who were wounded, in the Kabul attack as "heroes." More than 60 Afghans are dead and 140 Afghans wounded in the same attack, according to the Health Ministry. Biden says that the American lives that were lost today, were given "in the service of liberty."
Isis-K claims responsibility for the deadly Kabul attack.
"We will hunt you down and make you pay," said Biden to terrorists. Biden also said that the United States will "respond with force and precision" to the deadly attack. "America will not be intimidated," said Biden. Biden said that if the military needs any additional force, he "will grant it."
Biden will continue the evacuation and won't be deterred by terrorists.
