Biden: “no higher priority” than release of all hostages

The United States shared new details on its assessment that Israel was not responsible for the deadly hospital explosion in Gaza. US officials point towards intelligence that indicates a failed Palestinian rocket launch caused the blast, but some governmental leaders in the Middle East insist Israel is to blame. Also, in Washington, the US House remains paralyzed after Jim Jordan lost a second vote to become speaker of the House.
