Flares light up Gaza amid new explosions

Israel appears to launch a massive new air assault on northern Gaza with flares lighting up the sky while rockets fly and explosions boom. Also, an ominous new warning is made from Hamas as the Israeli military says it has Gaza City completely surrounded. Plus, President Biden sends a blunt warning to Israel that its war goals will be hampered by the global outcry over civilian deaths.
