Hurricane Ian makes second landfall

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis warns Hurricane Ian will cause a lot of damage throughout the state of Florida. As the catastrophic storm makes landfall, some towns expect storm surges of up to 17 feet which could cause significant flooding.
