No state criminal charges for Akron officers in shooting of black man

Nearly 10 months after an Ohio man was shot and killed by police, a grand jury decides not to indict the eight officers involved in the death of Jayland Walker. Also, the FBI has arrested two alleged Chinese agents, accusing them of running a secret police station in New York’s Chinatown.
