NYC Subway Shooting Suspect Arrested

Police have arrested the suspect in the New York City subway shooting after Frank James called in a tip against himself. He is now charged with terrorism against a mass transit system. 

Also, amid mounting evidence that Russian forces are ramping up their assault on eastern Ukraine, President Biden unveiled a $800 million package which includes military drones and attack helicopters.
