Trump trial date proposed

Negotiations are underway on the details of Donald Trump’s arrest in Georgia as the district attorney there is now proposing a March 4th trial date for the former president and his 18 co-defendants. Also, CNN has learned that Secretary of State Antony Bliken just spoke by phone with Paul Whelan, an American wrongfully imprisoned in Russia. Plus, the death toll of the Maui wildfire climbs above 100 as questions grow concerning the cause of the disaster and the government's response.
