Ukrainian President Accuses Russia Of War Crimes

The United States is warning Russia could intensify its attack on Kyiv soon as forces are being slowed but not stopped by Ukrainian fighters. A miles-long Russian military convoy is on the move outside of the Ukrainian capitol tonight. This as Vladimir Putin is raising fears of a more dangerous war by putting his nuclear forces on high alert. We’ll go live to our correspondents who are on the front lines of this conflict.
