In his early 20’s he traveled throughout Southeast Asia and China seeking spiritual knowledge. He’s participated in over 30 meditation retreats and has been an instructor since 2012. He's delivered lectures on meditation and spirituality in the US, Nepal and Thailand and is the host of the podcast After Awakening.
