  2. What is one small moment today that brought me joy?

  3. What was the most challenging thing that happened? How did it make me feel?

  4. How does my body feel today, and what does it need from me?

  5. What do I wish I could say out loud but haven’t?

  6. Who or what is making me feel supported right now?

  7. What support do I truly need, and how can I find it?

  8. If I could write a letter to my future self, what would I want her to remember about this time?
