We talk about the 4 year journey from Sam setting up her Instagram account as a way to personally deal with things going on in her life, alongside working as a teacher, to the empire it has become.

Sam tells us how she has vowed to never stand in her own way and be the reason she doesn't succeed, and that it's a daily choice we have to make our lifestyle a priority.
