I'm a firm believer that if you want to put yourself in the best position to succeed then you need to match your trading style with your personality. There are a few very disciplined souls that don't need to, but for 99% of aspiring traders, this will allow you to have more trust and belief in your actions which will help you avoid making as many psychological errors in the market.
