The Traxion Sim Racing Podcast
Last week, Motorsport Games spoke to IGN about the upcoming NASCAR game, the first in an all-new series that replaces the existing NASCAR Heat franchise.
Utilising the tyre and handling physics of PC-sim platform rFactor 2 and the Unreal game engine for graphics, a selection of static images has been revealed showing off the new look and additional attention to detail.
Not much else has been revealed, other than the working title of ‘NASCAR 21’ and the inclusion of a detailed paint booth for customer paint scheme creation.
Joining us this week is NASCAR expert and journalist Justin Melillo to comb through the finer details of the details, plus a look back at the Heat series and a current round up of official NASCAR content within existing titles.
Think of this as a current NASCAR-in-gaming state of play plus our hopes and dreams for the upcoming release.
