The band agreed to Phyllisa Vance’s demands in return for her assistance in bringing down House Colon. They strategized their assault: Vance troops will storm the spire guard headquarters, drawing away troops from the governor’s citadel and leaving it open to infiltration by the Inquisitorial band, the Arbites and House Bane Stormtroopers. Will anyone survive long enough for the chance to confront the Homo Novus?
