All five living former Presidents attend Jimmy Carter’s funeral.  Donald Trump and Barrack Obama share a chummy conversation while other interactions were much colder.  A lip reader tells the NY Post that Trump told Obama they would find a quiet place to discuss a matter of importance.  Vince speaks with Daniel Turner, Founder and Executive Director of Power the Future about the incompetence of California’s government while dealing with the deadly wildfires.
