He has worked in many areas of conflict, including South Sudan, Darfur, Haiti, and Afghanistan, and his most recent work has taken him to Ukraine. His most recent book is Solidarity and Mercy, which highlights the humanitarian efforts of Catholic Sisters in Ukraine.
