Today I am talking about setting intentions/goals and getting them met in a way that feels rewarding and ultimately successful for you.
It’s the small things we do everyday that lead to the big changes that we want to make. So many of us normally try to make changes in an extreme or all-out-way, but this can lead us to burning out and feeling even worse than when we first started. I also talk about the importance of acknowledging yourself, looking at how far you have come, connecting to your intention, and cultivating support.
