Governor Andrew Cuomo resigns. Roberta Kaplan, who aided Cuomo, resigns from the Time’s Up organization. After months of negotiation, the Senate voted 69-30 to pass the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure plan. Florida’s governor says school leaders’ salary may be withheld if they require masks.
