Was Mary a Social Justice Warrior?

***Answering a Popular Meme*** Last Christmas I saw a meme depicting Mary (the mother of Jesus) with her fist raised in the air. The artist reimagined Mary's poem in Luke 1 as a “call to economic justice.” I asked my friend, Father Hayden Butler from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church in Newport Beach, CA to come on and help us walk through the true meaning of this passage.
