Franc Milburn - The Pentagon's UAP Task Force

We’re joined by Franc Milburn, former intelligence officer, strategic risk analyst, and author of “The Pentagon’s UAP Task Force”, to discuss the US Government’s AATIP and UAPTF investigations and the potential risks & threats posed by Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). What makes the Navy UAP sightings so important? The Navy UAP sightings since 2004 are important because of a high level of verifiable data, from the range of sensors, platforms, outstanding credibility, professional and tech expertise of the witnesses, the videos, open source scientific analysis, like that from the SCU for UAP studies. How does older UFO data apply to current UAP studies? It’s important not to let post-2004 modern UFO period dominate as there are plenty of compelling cases from the past 70 years with outstanding witnesses and sometimes documentation to back them up – Tehran 1976 case. Where are UAPs from? Eric Davis uses “off-world”, but the DoD has said unidentified… he was in his own words a DoD advisor, so people can draw their own conclusions. Look back to his NIDs days and John Alexanders´s and others´ comments, there are a range of possibilities as I outlined in the paper. Time traveler, inter-dimensional, ET, PSP… April 2019 interview, Dr. Davis says: “We do know one thing. We know they´re there. We don´t know their origin because they don´t want to communicate that to us.” Are UAPs a threat? Threat = Capability + Intent. People say they are not a threat, they are a threat, they want to help us, they want to infiltrate us (David Jacobs). Who are they? Without knowing that you can’t assign intent. Russians, Chi-com, North Korea, Iran.. you can assign intentions based on observation as well as stated intentions. As Luis Elizondo has said, “There are patterns we´ve recognized – what UAP are interested in which are not different from what adversaries are interested in….the methodologies we see these UAP conduct their operations is very similar to the way we outselves would conduct some sort of reconnaissance mission.” Are UAP behaviors dangerous? Jamming, dangerous intercepts, operationally affecting nukes would all be considered hostile, aggressive / unsafe if done by neer-peer adversaries, acts and we see jamming / painting with targeting radars and aggressive intercepts fairly regularly. The intelligences behind UAP, as you have already pointed out – would know that humans are highly territorial and anyone monitoring us would know that there are locations and periods of extremely high flash-point tensions around the world. 1976. Tehran case Jamming. DIA interest, Cdr David Fravor reported jamming. Are UAPs testing our defense capabilities? Eric Davis has said it has all been just hide and seek, hide and seek, and we’ll use stealth as far as possible so that humans don’t see us in the environment and then when we expose ourselves, we expose ourselves, do our little fun games and then take off. They may be testing our technology. They may be testing the US Navy´s capabilities when they do this and they have also done this with the Air Force too. What are they doing it for? They are not humans so they don´t think like humans. In case they decide to become aggressive, we´re screwed.
