Oscar is a strategy, innovation, and transformation executive with GKN Aerospace. His extensive career experience includes executive & technical expertise with cutting-edge technology firms including BRS Aerospace, the AKO Group, Aero Engineering, ODECO Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and his current role with GKN Aerospace.
He holds MBA, and MS degree in Electrical Engineering, and after many years in the industry having being in charge of business areas such as general management, technology, design, engineering, quality and programs, he now coaches executive teams on a variety of business transformation specialties.
In his current role, Oscar serves as Advisor to the Board and performed technical due diligences supporting M&A operations for PE and VC firms in different funding rounds. He led the transformation of the 22 sites in North America for GKN Aerospace ($12B company) to evolve them from outdated traditional engineering, technology, and quality structures to a modern
flexible, lean, efficient, and digital organization able to face the new context in the industry. He is also a recognized and distinguished voice in the aerospace community, a speaker and panelist in different forums in United States and Europe.
