Paolo Guizzardi - UAP At The United Nations

Paolo Guizzardi discusses Project Titan & San Marino's initiative to open a discussion on UAP at the United Nations, and describes reported Italian military engagement with UAP off the coast of Sicily. Paolo Guizzardi is the Italian representative of the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER), and a key participant Project Titan, in which San Marino will submit a proposal to the UN for the creation of a permanent office tasked with the preparation of periodic global conferences dedicated to the scientific study of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). Paolo has a background in Electronic Engineering, and currently works in the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as ICT manager. He speaks Italian, English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and German, and has participated as a speaker and translator in a several international UFO congresses. He’s been part of Italy’s National UFO Center since 2008, where he is responsible for managing international contacts, and has been translating foreign UAP- related documents into Italian, for the last 15 years.
