Today, we discuss Dark Force Rising, the second book in Timothy Zahn's original Thrawn trilogy. Grand Admiral Thrawn is on the hunt for ships, and one of his targets is the mysterious Katana Fleet, lost decades ago during the time of the Old Republic. Han, Luke, Leia, Lando, Mara, and Karrde are in a race against the Empire to find these 200 dreadnaughts, but have no idea what Thrawn's ultimate plan is.
