Kendrick Johnson was 17 years young when he was murdered but no one has been brought to justice. Why? Perhaps because he was killed in the Deep South, possibly by the son of an FBI agent. It’s a tragic story that relates to the history of lynching, the FBI and so much more. The gripping documentary about all this Finding Kendrick Johnson is narrated by Jenifer Lewis from Black•ish so I talked to her and the film’s director Jason Pollock about this story.
