Happy are the Hungry and Thirsty

Happy are the hungry and thirsty. This might not make sense for you, but what Jesus is talking about in Matthew 5:6 is hungering and thirsting for righteousness, not for physical food and drink. As believers, when we look at the injustices around us, it stirs something within us and gives us the desire to join Jesus in meeting the needs of this world.
