Former Colorado Springs mayoral candidate Juliette Parker and her 16-year-old daughter were arrested in Tacoma, Washington after allegedly drugging a new mom in a plot to kidnap her infant. Prosecutors say Parker schemed for months posing as a photographer who offered free newborn and maternity shoots through a Facebook group.
