When one person hears voices or strange sounds we typically call them ‘crazy’. When professional diplomats hear odd sounds and become ill as a result we call this a ‘conspiracy’ or mass ‘psychogenic illness’. But when five plane-loads of people hear bizarre noises broadcast over the PA system, and when the same airline cannot explain what is happening as they choose to fly the comprised craft anyway, we just uncomfortably laugh and hope the bird lands again safe. There are plenty of ways to broadcast sounds, frequencies, vibrations, clicks, voices, music, etc., into the brain. Advertisers have done this with billboard broadcasts, companies through train windows with ‘voice to skull’, and tech-companies recently with personal ‘sound beaming’ speakers. Governments have chosen microwaves. Others naturally experience clairaudience or actively seek out communion with otherwise silent spirits, including their own ‘higher self’.
