Where's Alicia?

On February 28, 2019, Alicia Griffin, a young woman who suffers from bi-polar disorder, leaves her Sacramento apartment headed to a routine doctor's appointment. Two days later, the organized, hyper-detailed, Alicia, is spotted hundreds of miles away, wandering through a car wash in Tijuana, where she abandons her car, purse, and all identification.
