_After 5 years as marketing director for a biotechnology company in Ottawa (Canada), Leslie has worked as a private consultant for the European Union, Digital Electronics (now part of Compaq Computers), Human Development Solutions Canada, KPMG Management, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and British Columbia Telecom (now TELUS).
_He has published over 70 articles and he is the co-author of the book "Human Resource Management: A Critical Approach" published by Routledge.
