We think pretty much all good businesses have something in common: strong values. We talk about how we picked our values a couple of years back and give a great framework to get you started.

Here are the questions we referenced in the video:

1. At the end of your day, when you feel energized and purpose-filled, what did you do that day? What sense of accomplishment did you feel? Put those feelings into words.

8. What other companies do you respect and emulate?

9. What are other companies focusing on in your industry that drives you CRAZY?

10. What’s your personal mission statement? If you don’t have one, make one up!
