In case you've missed it, there's a World Cup going on in Qatar. And there's only one place that football and war movies collide: Escape to Victory (known to our cousins in America as just Victory!). With Michael Caine and Sylvester Stallone providing the acting chops, and Pele and Bobby Moore keeping the football end up, is Escape to Victory a successful fusion of these genres?
