Late 80’s, was dominated by street skating. East coast was starting to make some serious noise, and SHUT was the crew to beat. The team was stacked with nothing but the best skaters. Although, there was one skater everyone seemed to forget about over the years. See. Before there was a Chris Branaugh, Nyjah, Sheckler or any of them little dudes. There was Billy Waldman. And, he’s here today on WCRP with a very exclusive interview.

On todays episode, Billy & I start the discussion talking about the elephant in the room- drug & substance abuse in skateboarding. Being we’ve both battled heavy demons in our past. It felt truly great to open up to someone like-minded on the topic. We talk the beauty of sober life, the everyday struggle & healing process. Billy opens up about leaving rehab, and finally seeking the help needed. The beauty of being present in his kids everyday lives. Energy fields, traveling, and all great things skateboarding.
