With the Internet of Things, many things are possible. The potential of connectivity by design is huge. But randomly collecting data doesn’t turn it into gold overnight. Without a strategy and the right mindset, data itself has limited value. To build a long-term scalable business model strategy, monetarization and education of employees must go hand in hand.
In this episode, we learn from Max Morwind how data can generate value for any company. No matter the industry or size. If you do the work and invest in a solid strategy first and the necessary, culture and mindset change.
