Carla Naumburg, PhD is a clinical social worker, the mother of 2, and the author of several books. Her most recent book is You Are Not a Sh*tty Parent, How to Practice Self-Compassion and Give Yourself a Break. She is also the author fo the bestselling book How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t With Your Kids. Carla brings some hilarity to this issue and she talks a lot about how if we practice mindfulness and take care of ourselves that can help us stay calmer when things get crazy in our homes and in our minds as well.
